Meet 5 White Petals Founder: Sharon Everett
Sharon is the heart and soul behind 5 White Petals Aromatherapy. With a foundation rooted in the teachings of her native grandparents and her Italian mother and grandmother, Sharon grew up immersed in the natural world. These early experiences instilled a deep respect for the healing power of plants and the wisdom of Mother Earth.
As a professional registered nurse with a Master’s degree in Holistic Health Nursing, Sharon combines decades of medical expertise with her certifications as a Clinical Aromatherapist and Herbalist. Her holistic approach bridges the gap between science and natural healing, empowering her clients to embrace self-care that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.
Sharon’s passion for aromatherapy blossomed from childhood moments spent exploring nature’s scents—from the delicate aroma of a clover patch to the vibrant blooms of roses, hydrangeas, and honeysuckle in her family garden. Today, she channels that passion into creating personalized essential oil blends, leading aroma-pressure sessions, and offering workshops that inspire others to explore the transformative power of aromatic medicine.
Through 5 White Petals, Sharon seeks to foster a sense of community and connection. She specializes in addressing challenges such as stress, grief, sleep disturbances, and emotional imbalance, always with a focus on safety, mindfulness, and the unique needs of each individual.
Outside her work, Sharon enjoys tending her garden, practicing Reiki, and collaborating with like-minded individuals to cultivate a vibrant, healing community. Her vision for 5 White Petals is to create a sanctuary where people can discover the joy and power of natural healing while feeling supported and empowered every step of the way.
The 5 White Petals Approach
The 5 White Petals Approach is Sharon Everett’s guiding philosophy, rooted in a deep respect for the interconnectedness of all life. At its center is the sun, a symbol of vitality and shared energy, radiating outward to five petals: Mind, Body, Spirit, Community, and Nature. Together, these petals form a holistic circle of well-being, where each element supports the others in harmony.
Body
Honoring Life’s Rhythm: Our approach to the body acknowledges its innate wisdom, including the sacred rhythm of the heartbeat. Through aroma-pressure sessions and customized care, we help clients attune to their physical vitality, addressing stress, sleep challenges, and overall well-being in alignment with the body’s natural cadence.
Mind
Cultivating Intention: Healing begins with clarity of purpose. The 5 White Petals Approach emphasizes the power of setting intentions to calm the mind and foster focus, resilience, and emotional balance. Our aromatherapy blends and techniques are designed to align the mind with your goals, allowing healing to unfold with intention and mindfulness.
Spirit
Guided by Ancestral Wisdom: 5 White Petals draws deeply from the teachings of her ancestors, who lived in harmony with the earth. Through sacred practices and use of essential oils as the “soul” of plants, we help clients reconnect with their own spiritual roots, creating a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern healing.
Community
Thriving in Collaboration: True healing flourishes in connection. We create spaces where clients and participants can gather, share, and collaborate, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual growth. Workshops, classes, and shared experiences reflect our belief that wellness is a collective journey.
Nature
Flowing with the River of Samadhi: The natural world is both teacher and healer in our philosophy. She honors the river of samadhi, a metaphor for the deep interconnectedness of all things, reminding us that nature’s rhythms and the human spirit are inseparable. Her commitment to sustainable, ethical practices ensures that her work respects the earth as a living partner in the healing process.
